On September 1, 2026, we welcomed six new trainees to our company. As they begin their apprenticeships, they are embarking on an important phase of their professional careers and will strengthen our teams in various departments in the future.

To ensure a smooth start, a comprehensive onboarding program was held at the beginning of the apprenticeship. During this program, the new apprentices gained insights into our business divisions, met key contacts, and were able to familiarize themselves with our company’s processes and values.
Another special highlight was the joint trainee outing, which gave the trainees the opportunity to get to know one another better and make initial connections across their respective training programs. Such joint activities foster team spirit and lay a solid foundation for the coming years of training.
