At häwa, you can expect an exciting and varied apprenticeship in which you will get to know the world of business administration. You will immerse yourself in the planning, control and documentation of commercial processes, from material procurement to sales. You will pass through various departments such as Sales, Financial Accounting, Purchasing, Marketing and Human Resources to develop a comprehensive understanding of business interrelationships. You will take responsibility for your own tasks and work largely independently. The apprenticeship lasts three years and provides you with both practical and theoretical knowledge.

To successfully master this challenge, you should have an interest in economic matters, independence, PC skills, the ability to work in a team, communication skills and a large portion of curiosity. A good secondary school leaving certificate or higher is the ideal basis for this apprenticeship.
