Which customised cobot workstations are possible?

Whatever you need is possible! In principle, a combination of the X-frame machine frame, switching cabinets and cobot units can be constructed. Any switching cabinets required can be installed in the cobot workstation. Other customisable components include movable support arms, additional storage space or an individual design or the printing of a company logo. Filters for air purification can be installed if required. The installation of air conditioning units is also possible.

For easy operation of the cobots, monitors, screens or control panels with touch function can also be planned. Depending on the machines' area of application, we use different materials such as stainless steel, sheet steel and plastic in the manufacture of the workstations. When working in the hygiene sector, for example, the use of stainless steel is recommended, as this material can be cleaned very well.

Example 1: Stationary workstation with mobile cobot unit

First, you have the option of connecting stationary workstations with mobile cobot units. Here the workstation is fixed in place, but the cobot unit can be moved to another workstation if necessary. The collaborative robot thus remains flexible and can help out where there is a need.

Example 2: Stationary sorting and assembly unit

Do you need a stationary sorting and assembly unit? häwa X-frame makes this possible too. We can construct a stationary sorting and assembly unit with two mobile material trolleys on the sides. This design allows material to be fed in on both sides without having to move the cobot unit. This means that the material supply remains constant and production does not have to be interrupted at any time.
