Product Description
Wall enclosure with single door. Optionally with or without mounting panel
Protective ground connection to DIN EN 61439-1, studs M6x16 on door and body.
Doubly flanged edges and a narrow door gap prevent dust and water from entering the cabinet when opening the door.
Door(s) with seamlessly foamed gasket; Single door version: opening direction can be set to left or right hand hinge, standard is right side. Change of opening direction without drilling. Double door version: right door overlaps.
Concealed hinges made of steel; opening angle 180°.
Closure: up to a height of 400 mm with 1 turn lock, from a height of 401 mm with 2 turn locks, from 801 mm with 3-point locking, standard actuation 3 mm double-bit.
Doors with a width from 300 mm and a height from 400 mm are fitted on both sides with bolted reinforcement and hole profiles with fixing drillings in 25 mm increments for screws size M5.
Bottom panels with a width of ≥ 400 and a depth of ≥ 200 mm with external cable entry panel(s) made from sheet steel. Fixing takes place using Gefu-screws M4 with Torx T20
Mounting panel on the back wall with securing screw standard length M8x30, maximum 10 mm depth-adjustable. The edged mounting panel is fixed.
Wall attachment: Back wall with 4 drillings Ø 9 mm for installation of wall mounting brackets.
Sheet steel with improved pre-treatment by iron phosphating and rinsing with demineralized water as well as environmentally friendly powder coating.
